Subject: Invitation letter for participating in the Investment Promotion Conference on Section Construction Projects of the Eastern North - South Expressway for the 2017 - 2020 period.

The Ministry of Transport (MOT) of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is planning to organize the Investment Promotion Conference for the Section Construction Projects of the Eastern North - South Expressway for the 2017 - 2020 period. The Conference aims to solicit participation from enterprises, financial and credit institutions for investment in Section Construction Projects of the Eastern North - South Expressway under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

The preliminary information related to the Conference is as follows:

1.    Title: Investment Promotion Conference on Section Construction Projects of the Eastern North - South Expressway Project for the 2017 - 2020 period.
2.    Location(tentative): International Convention Center - 11 Le Hong Phong, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi
3.    Time (tentative): 08:30, 19 April 2019 (Friday);
4.    Agenda:
i.    Introduction to the Section Construction Projects of the Eastern North - South Expressway Project for the 2017 - 2020 period, related regulations and implementation progress of the projects.
ii.    Introduction to the regulations and procedure related to Investor pre-qualification.
iii.    Overview of Investment landscape for Infrastructure projects in Vietnam;
iv.    Questions & Answers;

MOT is pleased to invite interested enterprises, financial and credit institutions, and relevant press organizations to register for participation in the Conference before 12 April 2019 as per following instructions:
