Invitation for Qualification for the Selection of the Second Investor for Implementation of the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway Project on a PPP model.

The Ministry of Transport (MOT) of the Government of Vietnam invites applications for qualifications from the eligible applicants for the Selection of the Second Investor for the design, construction, finance, operation and maintenance of the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway Project.

The Second Investor will be selected through an international bidding proccess.
