On May 09th 2019, Thang Long Project Management Unit (PMUTL) has already issued the Request for Qualification for Mai Son - National Highway 45 (NH45) Section Construction Project under the Eastern North-South Expressway for the period 2017 - 2020.
This document has been issued together with the Decision No. 668/QD-BGTVT dated April 22nd 2019 approving the Request for Qualification.
