Viet Nam Accelerates the Preparation for the Coming Implementation of the Project “Support Ministry of Transport to implement Vietnam’s NDC” (06/22/2020)

Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No.408/QD-TTG dated March 24, 2020 approving the implementation of the project "Support Ministry of Transport to implement Vietnam’s NDC" under the framework of the regional project "NDC Transport Initiative for Asia", the Ministry of Transport (MOT) has finalized the draft Project Document and issued Decision No. 1160/QD-TTg dated June 16, 2020 on Project Document approval. This process reflects extensive efforts from both GIZ team and the MOT’s drafting team in an attempt to quickly put the project plan into operation.

Successful Microsurfacingtrial using ADCo Emulsion technology for pavement maintenance (01/30/2019)

Microsurfacingusing ADgrip® (Cationic Quick Setting Polymer Modified Emulsion from ADCo) shows good performance after over 1 year of service. The Skid resistance and macrotexture are stable and the pavements does not show any signs of cracking or shoving.

Japan helps improve flight control at Phu Quoc int’l airport (05/04/2018)

The Vietnam Air Traffic Management Corporation (VATM) and Japan Radio Co. Ltd signed an agreement worth 200 million JPY (1.81 million USD) in non-refundable aid to provide, install, monitor and transfer multilateration (MLAT) technology at Phu Quoc international airport.
