Civil works package A5 (funded by ADB) under Ben Luc-Long Thanh Expressway Project is from Km32+450 to Km35+900. On 13 May 2016, VEC organized bid opening ceremony for packages A5, A6 and A7 following international competitive bidding without prequalification, one stage-two envelopes in accordance with ADB’s guideline. These three packages are remaining ones of 8 packages of this project
